A concept invented by Amano himself as more of a natural small scale display.

    When I started my college search a big question for me was if I will be able to continue this wonderful hobby and are there any restrictions? Sadly I learned that most college dorms have the 10 Gallon rule. With this in mind I decided to change the fundamental vision for my aquarium company and market to my peers. All products in the store are suitable for dorm room aquariums which are 10 gallons or less. I personally have always specialized in bryophytes (moss) and inverts (shrimp and snails) which both tend to be simple to care for and compliment each other well. With that said, don’t be surprised if thats the main focus here.

    I’m a Gen Y entrepreneur and am plugged into all of the social media outlets and so is Rumford Aquatics.
