Rumford Aquatics has a few policies, they’re simple and help to make my job as painless as possible.

General:

        All sales are final. Unless I specifically need to recall something.

    There are no price guarantees and tomorrow the item may not be in stock or the price may have changed.

        Products are only available to domestic buyers, and US territories like Puerto Rico. If you’re international and must have something from the store a $100 surcharge is applied in addition to all other fees that are associated with export.

Shipping:

        All orders shipped on Mondays, if Monday is a national holiday the orders will be sent out Tuesday.

        Priority Mail has a live arrival guarantee on all plants, personal digression is used in when shipping and may be delayed due to national weather patterns. In the rare event an issue has occurred please send a photo of the plant in the original unopened bag explaining what is wrong. This is void if it is over 80ºF or under 32ºF where delivered.

        Express mail has a live arrival guarantee with 100% percent money back if any fauna does not make it.  Generally extras will be sent in case of DOA but if more than the extra are dead please send an email with a clear photo of the fauna in the unopened bag within an hour of delivery.

Please check the rules of where you are living as to their policies on aquariums and plants. Generally colleges set a 10 gallon limit.
